Manage Online Ordering and Order Types (Pickup/Delivery/Table Ordering/Catering)

Learn how to turn online ordering on or off for a location and manage individual order types such as Pickup, Delivery, and others.

‼️ Important: This feature is sensitive and is only available to a limited number of CRM users, as determined during the project launch. If you need access, please use the “CRM Access” hotkey in the CRM Support Hub.

You can control online ordering in two ways:


✅ Option 1 (Quick): Turn off all online ordering for a location

Step 1: Go to Location Settings and select the location you want to manage.

Step 2: Find the toggle “Online orders are accepted” and switch it:

  • Off → all online ordering (Pickup, Delivery, etc.) is disabled

  • On → online ordering is enabled (based on your order type settings)

💡 This is the fastest way to stop or resume online orders for a location.

Step 3: Click Save


⚙️ Option 2 (Advanced): Manage individual order types

Use this option if you want to enable or disable specific order types (e.g., only Delivery or Pickup).

Step 1: Go to Order Settings and select the order type you want to manage.

Step 2

1. Enable/disable the order type for all locations

Use the toggle to enable or disable the selected order type across all locations.

You can return to this section at any time to enable or disable it again using the same toggle.

2. Enable/disable the order type for specific locations

Click “Process at locations”, then:

  • Uncheck locations where the order type should be disabled

  • Check locations where it should be enabled
